Our Mission
The Autism Center is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to educating and providing resources for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families. We also provide training and assistance to families, caregivers, educators and professionals.

                                                            Our Method
The Labyrinth Method ^TM
    This method is designed to help parents walk through the "maze" of autism and give them the tools they need to create the best outcome for the family unit. Since autism is like a labyrinth with this method we are able to meet the parents on their journey. Whether they just started or got stuck along the way.

Diagnose/Evaluation: We will help the parent with obtaining the appropriate diagnosis for their child by referring them to the proper professionals in the field of Autism.

Education: We will provide educational support and training to parents. in understanding how an Autism Spectrum Disorder impacts the individual's development and learning style, give the parents the power they need to help their children reach their potential in the home, school, and community setting.

Treatment: We will create a program that is evidence based with parental input that will meet the needs of the individual child as opposed to a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

Implementation: We will help setup the program(s) and make referrals as needed.

Follow up/Support: We will have monthly team meetings with the parents and staff to check progress and modify the program(s) as needed.
